Grace Kelly

My mantra when it comes to yoga is that we all already have everything we need inside of us and my yoga classes will allow you the mental space to find what you need within. I'm hear to guide you to feeling empowered and leave my classes feeling lighter - in the physical and emotional body. Let's get stronger in our bodies and a little quieter in our minds. See you on the mat.

Ricki
Yoga Teacher
Yoga has always been in the background of my life, my mum practised when I was growing up. I didn’t really connect with it properly until we went on a retreat when I was 20. It was during a turbulent time in my mid-20s that yoga became something much deeper for me; it stopped being just movement and turned into a way to ground myself and reconnect. A few years later I trained as a teacher in Power Vinyasa, and since then I’ve been lucky to learn from people like Miles Mortensen, who’s had a big influence on how I teach today dynamic, flowing, energising, but always inclusive and adaptable whatever your level. Although yoga is a huge passion of mine, I genuinely love all kinds of movement, and with my love of electronic music you’ll probably notice a few of these elements sneaking into my playlists during class too.

Christopher Unwin

Taylor Keegan

I started my yoga journey 13 years ago while at drama school and fell in love with the practice. Coming to class was a reliable constant that helped me greatly with anxiety and to feel more connected to my body. My teaching style is vibrant, energetic and uplifting!

Adam Colling
Yoga Teacher
I teach creative hot yoga flows inspired by over 20 years of personal practice. Expect dynamic movement and a class that’s challenging without taking itself too seriously. What keeps me coming back to yoga is the energetic clarity that comes from strong movement and steady breath, the feeling of getting out of your head for a while. For me yoga is about finding a bit of stillness amongst the noise.

Erika
Yoga Teacher
I am a yoga teacher holding a 200-hour certification in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. With a background in dance, I love teaching flows that are creative, challenging, and fun. In my classes, I encourage a deeper connection with the body and breath, expanding awareness through movement and the sensations we experience in the present moment.

Melissa
Yoga Teacher
Melissa is a diverse teacher and movement professional with experience teaching a broad cross-section of society. She is passionate about imparting knowledge about the body and technique so that students are gaining information about what they are doing, so they can grow in confidence and embrace new challenges.

Jodie
Yoga Teacher
I was terrified to start yoga because I was nothing like a “real yogi”. I wasn’t calm, athletic or lithe, and I definitely didn’t own any Lulus! It was such a relief to discover yoga didn’t need me to be any of those things. That realisation shapes how I teach today; welcoming and inclusive classes, functional movement over poses that “look good”, true mobility over forced flexibility, plus philosophy and regulation tools to help build resilience on and off the mat.

Mia
Yoga Teacher
Originally from the hippie town of Boulder in the beautiful Colorado Rockies, Mia always knew yoga would become part of her life, it's practically a local requirement where she's from! She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Mallorca in 2022 and has since been teaching in a variety of studios and settings. Mia is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space in her classes: a place to let go, be present, and reconnect in whatever way feels right for you no matter what's happening off the mat. She believes deeply in the power of community in yoga and health and how movement is a celebration of your body, not a punishment! Known for her bubbly and friendly energy, Mia brings encouragement, creativity, and joy to every class. With her background in the performing arts, she loves crafting dynamic, flowing sequences which never neglect a good child's pose

Momo
Yoga Teacher
From the halls of civil service to the fast-paced world of asset management, Momo’s career has taken many forms but yoga has been her unwavering constant.
