Heat Activation

You begin in the infrared sauna. The gentle, penetrating heat loosens tight tissue, opens circulation, and prepares your body for what comes next. Most sessions run 10–15 minutes. You set the pace.

Cold Immersion

You move to the plunge pool. Your guide is with you. The cold triggers an immediate physiological response — vessels contract, focus sharpens, the breath deepens. Most people feel calm within 60 seconds.

Circulation Reset

Alternating heat and cold creates a pump-like effect through the circulatory system — pushing nutrient-rich blood through muscle tissue and accelerating the body's natural repair cycle. This is where the reset happens.
