Ricki
Yoga Teacher
Yoga has always been in the background of my life, my mum practised when I was growing up. I didn’t really connect with it properly until we went on a retreat when I was 20. It was during a turbulent time in my mid-20s that yoga became something much deeper for me; it stopped being just movement and turned into a way to ground myself and reconnect. A few years later I trained as a teacher in Power Vinyasa, and since then I’ve been lucky to learn from people like Miles Mortensen, who’s had a big influence on how I teach today dynamic, flowing, energising, but always inclusive and adaptable whatever your level. Although yoga is a huge passion of mine, I genuinely love all kinds of movement, and with my love of electronic music you’ll probably notice a few of these elements sneaking into my playlists during class too.

Adam Colling

I teach creative hot yoga flows inspired by over 20 years of personal practice. Expect dynamic movement and a class that’s challenging without taking itself too seriously. What keeps me coming back to yoga is the energetic clarity that comes from strong movement and steady breath, the feeling of getting out of your head for a while. For me yoga is about finding a bit of stillness amongst the noise.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I trained as a rhythmic gymnast and later became a coach, and from there my interest expanded into the wider world of wellbeing, where I fell in love with Yoga. In 2024, I travelled to India to complete my yoga teacher training, an experience that was truly transformative. It deeply changed me on a personal level, supporting my own growth while also strengthening my practice and reinforcing my belief in the positive impact yoga can have on both body and mind. Zoe Flannagan
Yoga Teacher
Every time I step onto the mat, I learn a little more about myself. Yoga is a practice I deeply love, and sharing it with others even more so. In a world that often leaves us feeling disconnected, my classes offer space to move, breathe, and reconnect- through dynamic flows that build heat or slower practices that cultivate stillness, awareness, and presence. With a previous career in nursing and public health, my classes are underpinned by a deep understanding of the body and anatomy while intentionally weaving in the spiritual, mindful, and self-inquiry aspects of yoga practice.
